Gentleman Teen

It has been a while, you know - holidays and all - but it's time to get back to business as it were. And this week brings a great story for all of us to learn from. Forget all those shady characters in sports - the Vicks, the Favres, the Tigers - and let's all take an example from this young man.

But, one thing I see with the movement is that while they speak about men's health to the participants, I feel the participants themselves promote it outwardly rather than inward, at them. I personally fell victim to that selfsame issue, but no longer. As of this November, I am taking care of myself.
