Two MKE events use baseball to fulfill kids' dreams |
3/8 Grand Slam Charity Jam â
March 8, 2014 5:00 p.m. Kapco, Inc., and Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Robin Yount announce the fourth annual Grand Slam Charity Jam. The fundraising event to benefit Camp Hometown Heroes will be held on Saturday, March 8, from 5:00p.m.-11:15 p.m. at Potawatomi Bingo Casino. The evening begins with a VIP and celebrity dinner party in Potawatomi’s Expo Center. Funds raised will benefit Camp Hometown Heroes, a free national weeklong summer camp hosted in Wisconsin for children who’ve lost a loved one who served in the U.S. military.
