Part of being a great man, a gentleman, is being responsible. That pertains to yourself, family, and work but also to being the companion of a pet. Being a responsible companion means caring for their health and well-being (which includes the basic vaccinations), but it also includes licensing them. It happens to be the law, one that may well be one of the most-ignored ones, just as registering your vehicle or other permits - but more importantly it also helps get them back if lost. You might have them microchipped and have a personal tag, but using every means possible to make sure they are accounted for is always a good idea. For some the cost is prohibitive, so to help resolve any impediments to those with lower incomes caring for their pets, ( MADACC) will be hosting their annual low cost vaccination and micro-chipping clinic on March 26th between 10 am and 2 pm.
