Five O'Clock Steakhouse Benefit For WI Humane

Five O'Clock Steakhouse , Milwaukee's iconic steakhouse & supper club, recently launched a fundraiser benefiting  the  Wisconsin Humane Society . Customers who dine, Tuesday - Friday, and make a minimum  $10 donation  to the Wisconsin Humane Society will receive  $15 off their dinner that evening at Five O'Clock .  Sharing on social media with the Humane Society tagged earns customers an  additional $5 off . 

Radio Radio Benefit For Vision Forward Association Friday 3/4/16

Radio Radio , "Milwaukee's Premier New Wave Band", plays he music of my teen years so I'm a big fan. They also do perhaps the largest percentage of benefit gigs to regular gigs, so I'm an even bigger (or is it Greater? ) fan? This Friday, they are at it again, providing the entertainment for a bash where all proceeds from the event will benefit Vision Forward Association , it's going to be a night of great music for a worthy cause. Doors Open @ 6:30 pm. New Wave dance hits until 11pm. $25 donation includes 2 drink tickets & appetizer station (plus a full night of lost gems from the new wave era...). It's also the anniversary of their first gig, back in March of 2009 at the Stone Fly. Help the band usher in year 8 of new wave dance parties and raise some funds for a great cause. MADACC Low Cost Pet Care Clinic 3/26

Part of being a great man, a gentleman, is being responsible. That pertains to yourself, family, and work but also to being the companion of a pet. Being a responsible companion means caring for their health and well-being (which includes the basic vaccinations), but it also includes licensing them. It happens to be the law, one that may well be one of the most-ignored ones, just as registering your vehicle or other permits - but more importantly it also helps get them back if lost. You might have them microchipped and have a personal tag, but using every means possible to make sure they are accounted for is always a good idea. For some the  cost is prohibitive, so to help resolve any impediments to those with lower incomes caring for their pets, ( MADACC) will be hosting their annual low cost vaccination and micro-chipping clinic on March 26th between 10 am and 2 pm.
